Delivery & Shipping Policy

1.0. TYPES OF DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME

1.1. Local delivery within 10km from Harvest Fish & Pet physical shop for areas in Penampang, Kota Kinabalu and Putatan (Sabah) within 1-3 working days upon transaction is confirmed. Delivery slots are also subject to availability.

1.2. Shipping to Malaysia other than the above mentioned areas, upon transaction is confirmed, we will process and send out the orders within 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) to our shipping partners (Poslaju, Best Express, J&T Express and etc.). Please note that we are working closely with our shipping partners to get your orders to you as safely as possible. This includes drivers making contactless deliveries and adhering to hygiene precautions as advised by the local government and health authorities. There may also be some delivery delays depending on the network capacity of our shipping partners. Once you get your shipping confirmation email, you’ll be able to get the latest updates with the tracking number provided.

Delivery ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) are as follows:

  • Sabah: 2 – 7 working days for your order to arrive.
  • Malaysia (other than Sabah): 5 – 10 working days for your order to arrive.

Delivery to rural or remote areas may require an additional of 2 – 3 working days.

Delivery ETA may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances and is not under Harvest Fish & Pet responsibility.

1.3. Local Pickup. Upon transaction is confirmed, your orders will be ready for collection within 1 working day (Monday to Saturday, if ordered in placed on Saturday, you may collect your purchase on Monday as Sunday is not a working day for Online Department). When your order is ready for collection, you’ll be notified via WhatsApp/ SMS and you may proceed to our Collection Counter by the entrance of our physical shop for collection after providing your order number together with the phone number (has to be the same phone number which you’ve checked out from our website)

Your purchased goods will be kept for you for one (1) month after we have notified you for collection. Storage fee of RM5/day will be charged after your purchased is not collected within the stipulated time.

Live/ Perishable goods will only be packed on the spot upon scheduled collection time.

2.0. LOCAL DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

2.1. Special orders may be subjected to a different delivery cost and may require a longer delivery time to be fulfilled, unless otherwise stated in writing by Harvest Fish & Pet. Special orders includes:

2.1.1 Large item orders. Orders that maximum measurement for product is 1.05 meters in length and not exceeding 2.00 meters in combined lengths and circumference.

2.1.2 Bulky order. Order for any product that comprises quantities of beyond 12 units.

2.1.3 Heavy order. Order for any product that weighs beyond 20kg.

2.2..Harvest Fish & Pet will endeavor to deliver the products to your delivery address within the delivery time frame selected by you, but does not and cannot guarantee that the delivery time frames will be met as there may be factors outside of our control which may result in early or delayed deliveries such as weather, traffic, haze, movement control and etc. You agree that Harvest Fish & Pet shall not be liable for any deliveries made outside the delivery time frame. If your designated delivery location is inaccessible, rendering us unable to make the delivery, we will contact you to determine the best alternative location and/or date.

2.3. Please notify Harvest Fish & Pet immediately of any change to your delivery address, date or time of delivery, or contact number. Any changes in the delivery address or date or time of delivery after the submission of your order may incur an administrative charge of RM10.

2.4. Harvest Fish & Pet aims to provide our customers more options for receiving their orders. For certain deliveries, Harvest Fish & Pet provides the option for having your orders left at your doorstep as an “Unattended Delivery”. Please note that some orders won’t be eligible for Unattended Delivery and no one is available to accept delivery of the order, the Driver will leave your order unattended on or in front of your premises. Where you specifically instruct Harvest Fish & Pet to leave your delivery outside the door of the specified delivery address, such delivery shall be at your sole risk and you accept all liability and risk of loss, theft, and damage.  For all other deliveries, please arrange for someone to receive the delivery and sign off the delivery invoice.

2.5. If an order is cancelled, or if no one is at the delivery location to receive the order during the chosen delivery slot, Harvest Fish & Pet reserves the right to charge a restocking fee equal to the sum of (1) 100% of the total dollar value of your perishable/live items plus (2) a re-delivery or cancellation fee of RM10.00

2.6. In the interest of safety, we do not deliver to walk-ups (a building without an elevator) above the 2nd floor.  In the event of a broken elevator, we also do not ask our drivers to carry groceries more than 2 floors. Our technology cannot, and does not, enforce these limits. We ask our customers to abide by these service limitations, as we may limit deliveries when orders exceed these requirements.  Again this limitation exists only to protect the health of our delivery staff. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

3.0. SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

3.1. Local delivery will be charged at a flat rate of RM7.00.

3.2. Shipping to

  • Within Sabah RM8.00 – RM10.00 for the first 1KG, RM8.00/KG – RM10/KG for the next 1KG or part thereof.
  • Malaysia (other than Sabah) RM16.00 – RM18.00 for the first 1KG, RM12.00/KG – RM14/KG for the next 1KG or part thereof.

3.3. Local Pickup will be free of charged

3.4. There will be STRICTLY NO REFUND for any shipping & handling charges at all times.
