Returns/Exchange & Refund Policy

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. We ask that you please check your order upon receiving your order. If there is any damaged or incorrect product(s), please contact us within 3 days from the received date at (hello@harvestfishandpet.com) or call us at (+60162788857).  Harvest Fish & Pet at its sole discretion, will exchange/ refund of the damaged or incorrect product(s), or arrange for the re-delivery, collection and/or return of the incorrect product(s).
  2. Normal priced items are exchangeable within 3 days from the received dates.
  3. Exchange items / merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with all original tags attached to the merchandise, and any related accessories or instruction booklets included and has to be in the original box and/or packaging.
  4. For hygiene reason, pets wearable Items (socks, shirts, muzzle and etc) cannot be exchanged.
  5. Exchange is strictly subject to stocks availability.
  6. The price difference will not be refunded if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original item.
  7. Harvest Fish & Pet reserves the right, but has no obligation, to inspect the returned product and to determine whether the product was rightfully returned in accordance with this paragraph. Where Harvest Fish & Pet exercises its right to inspect the Product, Harvest Fish & Pet’s decision in respect of such returned products shall be deemed final and binding on you.

REFUND POLICY

  1. Refund is only applicable if product exchange is unavailable/ out of stock/ discontinued.
  2. If you are entitled to a refund, please expect up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
  3. The following information will be required for such refund.

  5. NRIC/ Passport / Business Registration Number
  6. Bank Name
  7. Bank Account Name
